2024 Business Excellence Awards - Nomination Form

Nomination Eligibility

• All nominees must have been in business for a minimum of one (1) year, except for New Business of the Year
• Businesses cannot nominate themselves
• A minimum of 2 examples that contains a detailed description of why you believe the nominee should be given the award. Judges only have your submissions as information to base their vote.
• Incomplete nominations will be disqualified
• Please submit one form only for each category
• Nominations are not limited to Chamber Members
• 2024 Business Excellence Award recipients may be nominated but will not be ineligible to receive the award for the same category for the second consecutive year.
