Learn from chef Jennifer Linegar-Johnston how to select the best of what the season has to offer, and how to improvise in the kitchen to create delicious, creative meals on the fly using fresh produce and basic pantry staples. This class is entirely hands-on and promises to be full of culinary inspiration, practical advice and ideas to break out of the ordinary dinner routine. The evening will finish with a delicious meal shared around the long table together, enjoying the result of your new culinary skills.
