The delicious flaky buttery crust filled with fresh berries or spiced pumpkin or what about a lovely chocolate mousse pie? We all have our favourite....some like sweet and some of love a great savory pie...filled with warm cheese and spring vegetables. In this class you will be taught to make a flaky pie crust and delicious fillings to make you fall in love with PIE!!" This class is very hands on and all materials are provided. After learning the techniques and cooking various kinds we will gather around the table to enjoy the fruit of our labours together.
Class takes place at Long Table Grocery and pre-registration is required. $50 per person and you can register at the ticket link below or in-store Tuesday - Friday 11 -6.
