Join Carmen Valoroso (Chef of Penisola Italian Restaurant) for a hands on class where you will learn to make traditional Italian Gnocchi (soft dumpling pasta with potato.) Along with learning how to make the pasta, you will also get to take it home along with a jar of sauce - perfect for dinner! Delicious samples of Gnocchi and pesto cheese sauce also provided.
