This ultra-relaxing session embraces the fleeting sun-drenched days of summer. Gentle movement, ample quiet time in meditation, shoulder massage and the invitation to doze off in Savasana. After nourishing our spirits, we nourish our bodies. Jennifer Lineger-Johnston will be serving a light, nourishing, al-fresco breakfast for us to refresh with after.
